Great book unless construction technology is very very new to you. Even so, still a great book. Love the BIM introduction. As a GC and seasoned professional in the field; one small comment - CSI Master Format 2004 in the fourth chapter needs a tiny updating especially to include Division 00 - Procurement and Contracting Requirement. Will read it again in the coming month. Definitely a keep for reference. Brings new light to show how high up the chain the construction manager is. A great reminder - successful construction is a team sport that requires competent players.
Perfect book for those starting in the construction industry either as a field engineer or admin.
